BLUE FISH LODGE DISTRIBUTES FACE MASKS TO NEEDY STUDENTS

By:Innocent Mvundula

Schools closed in March, 2020 when Malawi had no Covid-19 cases and reopens in September, 2020 when cases are close to 6,000

Schools reopening development has been  accompanied by alot of guidelines one of them being “no face masks no entry into school premises.” This guideline prompted Mchoka primary school management in Mangochi not to do otherwise but to send back home all the students who have no masks around their faces.

Management of Blue Fish Lodge in Mangochi District timely responded and distributed the masks to all learners and teachers of Mchoka primary school as part of their community responsibility.

Currently, the humble manager for the lodge Elias Kusiyano has requested all schools facing similar problems not to hesitate but give them a call which they may answer based on the resources available at that particular time.
