K Motors on September 8, 2022 handed over a police vehicle they have refurbished as part of the company’s social responsibility, to Limbe Police Station.
According to K Motors the vehicle will boost security in designated zones around Limbe as patrolling and rapid response activities will run without hinderances.
The vehicle was picked in July this year to K Motors’ garage from the station’s car park as it was immobile for years.
“Currently, the Malawi Police operations are suffering mobility to harmonise our towns, we took it an advantage to hasten the relationship between Police and the community with no strings attached from our end. As you can see the vehicle is all branded and we extend our appreciation to Kwik Fit and Agriquip for supporting us when we requested their help.” Official from K Motors commented.
Limbe Police station is one of the hot spots of crimes as it oversees various townships which had high crime rates. But the good news is that due to its current dedicated leadership crimes have minimised.
