Henry Baziliyo has sustained injuries in an attempt to kill a marauding hyena with a panga knife.
The wild animal was about to attack ten villagers at Kanyama village in Dedza today. Mr Baziliyo says the hyena came out from the bush when villagers were busy working in their gardens.
