Heart burn also known as Acid indigestion is a burning sensation in the chest, behind the breastbone or in the epigastrium, the upper Central abdomen.
The pain often rises in the chest and may go up to the neck, throat or angle of the jaw.
CAUSES
Mostly heart burn is caused by eating foods with much acids.
Heart burn can also be caused by taking NSAIDs drugs such as; Indocid, declofenac, asprin.
WHAT TO DO WHEN HEART BURN OCCURS
.Take more water
.Drink Milk
.Eat honey
.Take Magnizium tables/Tumbocid
HOW TO AVOID HEARTBURN
Do not take much foods that contain acids.
Avoid taking NSAID drugs for example; declofenac or bufen without doctors prescription.
GENERAL ADVISE.
If you have prolonged heartburn problem and you have tried all the home remedies but still it exists please go to hospital.
