The Northern Regional Volleyball Bonanza, generously sponsored by the Grand Palace Hotel, is gearing up for an action-packed showdown. With 12 men’s teams and 7 women’s teams in the lineup, this promises to be an electrifying display of volleyball prowess.
The men’s teams are divided into four groups: A, B, C, and D. Group A boasts heavyweights like Chibavi Smashers, Mzuzu Fire, and Ekwendeni VT. Group B features Uliwa Lions VT, Katoto Trickers, and Moyale VT. Group C presents the talents of Ultimate Volleyball Club, Raiply VT, and Eagle Claws VT, while Group D sets the stage for a clash between Mzuni Trojans and Chikwina Troopers.
In the women’s category, Group A showcases Mzuzu Fire SC, Ekwendeni VT, Eagles Claws, and Ultimate Volleyball Club. Group B brings together Chibavi Queens, Katoto, and Moyale Queens. Brace yourself for a stunning showcase of athleticism and teamwork.
Leading the technical team is Aaron Manda, also the vice chair of the Northern Regional Volleyball League who expressed heartfelt thanks to the Grand Palace Hotel for their generous sponsorship of K4.2 million.
Adding to the excitement, Priscilla Soko, a representative from Chibavi Smashers, radiated enthusiasm for the upcoming event. She assured all supporters that the teams are ready and encouraged everyone to come in large numbers to witness this thrilling spectacle of volleyball talent.
