Tafika Sports Academy has donated sports uniforms and footballs to seven teams in Ekwendeni as part of its efforts to promote positive behaviour change through sport.
The donation was made at Tafika Hostel, with Bayern FC, Topaz FC, Expendable FC, Ekwendeni Sister FC, St Michaels Primary, Enukweni FC and Euthini Veterans Club benefiting from the initiative.
According to the academy, the programme is designed to use sport as a platform for youth empowerment, talent development and positive community engagement.
Tafika Sports Academy has expressed gratitude to its partners and well-wishers whose support made the donation possible, saying their contributions are helping to change lives in Ekwendeni.
The academy says the initiative is more than football, as it seeks to empower young people and promote positive behaviour through sport.
