Kawale Police Station would like to inform the public and residents of Kaliyeka that an eight year old child, Emmanuel Banda, son to Tamara Vangalani Banda of Mchaya Village , Traditional Authority Malengamzoma in Nkhotalota District went missing on October 28, 2021.
Banda, who is mentally-challenged went missing in Kaliyeka area and was last seen wearing a blue bomber top, grey short trouser and green gwaladi shoes.
He speaks Tumbuka language.
