Pastor uses COVID funds to buy 39 cars & house!

Rudolph Brooks Jr. has been accused of using over a million dollars in COVID-19 relief funds to buy a fleet of vehicles and a new home in Baltimore.

Brooks applied for a PPP loan and an Economic Injury Disaster Loan. Both are intended to provide financial assistance to businesses and individuals struggling due to the pandemic. But the pastor allegedly submitted fraudulent tax forms in order to be approved .

Brooks has been charged with federal wire fraud for falsifying documents and may have more than $2.2 million in cash and property seized.

Why does one man need 39 motors? Turns out Brooks owns a car company!
