Dear Hon. Minister
We have written you to lodge our sexual abuse complaint . While you are investigating fraud, financial mismanagement and abuse of office, we would like you to investigate sexual abuse at NEEF. Sexual abuse is rampant here especially when one wants to be confirmed and promoted. Can you please investigate what Phocus Sikaloka has been doing to female employees at NEEF. He has been having sex those coming for internship and when they wanted to be employed by NEEF. We have the evidence.
Those who refused to have sex with him when confirmed are given a very small salary than those succumbed to his sexual desires. Loan officer salary at NEEF ranges from 150,000 to 190,000 but we have one female loan officer Anne Memayako of Luchenza branch who allowed Phocus Sikaloka to use him as sex toy and she gets a salary of 600,000. We have evidences.This man has sexually abused so many women at NEEF, please come to our rescue.
One loan officer Mphatso Musisi resigned at Lilongwe branch because she was sexually abused by Copland Ngwira and Wilson Namwera Regional manager center. Copland Ngwira was the first one to abuse this officer and later Wilson Namwera also wanted to be sleeping with the officer. When she refused he started giving him harsh treatment. Later the officer resigned. We have evidences of all the cases.
Hon. Minister may you please come to our rescue as you have been doing with other organizations
