The Malawi Police Service (MPS) would like to distance itself from a fake and bogus list of names circulating on social media purportedly being invited for interviews for the post of recruit constables.
This bogus list was created by people with evil intentions whose minds were bent toward confusing and bringing needless frenzy among job seeking youths in the country.
The MPS reminds Malawians that it’s communication is always formal and only comes out through it’s official Facebook page and local media houses.
Malawians are thus being asked to ignore and disregard this fake list.
The MPS cyber experts will corner the individual who created this fake communication. The MPS further warns all people who abuse the social media to satisfy their criminal egos that they will be arrested and prosecuted accordingly.
