Kawale Police is keeping in custody six suspects for selling petroleum without licence and found in possession of canabis Sativa without licence
The six suspects got arrested following an inteligence driven operation that the Station’s detectives conducted on August 30,2024 after receiving reports from some construction companies that some drivers tend to stole fuel and sell to these illegal fuel traders .
The trio, Charles Pearson 35, Felix Kapito 24,and Winfred Njirayafa 35 are answering charges of found offering on sale petroleum without licence while the other three Samuel Chikoja 44,Bashir Chalizeni 24, and Wezzie Mumba 24 have been charged with being found in possession of canabis sativa without licence.
All the six are expected to appear before court on Monday,September 2,2024 after the completion of paper work.
