As one way of creating good environment for learners and sanity Ekwaiweni Tafika Youth Organization has embarked on drilling borehole to some schools and other needy areas, aiming at guaranteeing safe water for human consumption.
The Director of Ekwaiweni Tafika Organization, Shupo Kumwenda was delighted to see the progress of the project when he visited one of the boreholes being drilled at Ekwendeni Community Day Secondary School in Mzimba
Mozagua Malawi Drilling Company is the one that has brought joy to learners at Ekwendeni CDSS with the support from USA organization called Formidable Joy.
The project is aimed at drilling 14 boreholes and so far three have been done. The next boreholes will be drilled in Kazuni.
Safe water for human consumption is part of fundamental human rights.
