Vice President, Dr. Michael Bizwick Usi led Malawians on Tuesday afternoon to receive the remains of the late Lucius Banda at Chileka Airport in Blantyre.
Legendary musician, late Lucius Banda, died at the age of 54 on Sunday in South Africa where he was recieving medical treatment.
Jamaican reggae star Gramps Morgan has paid tribute to the late Malawian musician Lucius Banda, who passed away recently. Morgan posted a heartfelt message on his Facebook page, expressing his condolences to Banda’s family.
“I will never forget the night singing with you all at the Sand Music Festival. Condolences to the wife, children, and the entire family,” wrote Morgan.
The remains of the legendary musician, known as ‘Soldier’ Lucius Banda, arrived at Chileka International Airport on Tuesday. The Vice President of Malawi, Dr. Michael Bizwick Usi, led the nation in receiving the remains of the beloved music icon.
