Government has closed down Sunseed Oil Company in Lilongwe. Sun Seed Oil Company is the manufacturer of Mulawe Cooking Oil.
The closure has come as a result of environmental pollution currently happening in the Company’s surroundings.
The government arrived at this decision to close the company due to illegal dumping of wastes which has created a stinky drain which is polluting the nearby maize fields.
