STATE HOUSE WARNS AGAINST LOGO MISUSE

By Killion Mseteka

State House has expressed serious concern over the misuse of its official logo on private vehicles.

In a public statement signed by Presidential Press Secretary Cathy Maulidi, State House said some individuals are displaying the insignia to impersonate official authority, intimidate traffic law enforcement officers, and evade lawful checks.

The office has strongly condemned the practice, clarifying that no private individual or unauthorized vehicle is permitted to use the State House logo for personal gain or preferential treatment.

State House has therefore ordered all individuals unlawfully displaying the insignia to remove it immediately and cease the practice.

The statement has further warned that the abuse of official symbols to undermine state authority will not be tolerated.

Law enforcement agencies have since been urged to take firm and immediate action against all offenders.
