The Limbe Magistrate Court has handed a 17 Year long jail term to 4 young people who assaulted and robbed Deus Sandram of the Bwande Cartoon last December.
The four were arrested earlier this year after months of terrorizing Limbe, Machinjiri area where they used to rob motorists by blocking roads with stones.
The four; Rajab John (25 years) of Mwenyali Village TA Kadewere, Chiradzulu, John Mandala (20 Years) of Mpira Village TA Kadewere in Chiradzulu, Cydrick Salima (21 Years) of Ndaga Village TA Kadewere in Chiradzulu and Amos John (19 Years) of Chipagala Village TA Makwangwala in Ntcheu were found guilty in all the four accounts.
The four have since been sent to Chichiri Prison to start serving their sentence.
