Fransis Chirwa has passed through thick and thin bushes of life and painful lessons learnt. His father died in 2001 when he was in std 1. While been hit with strong punches of poverty another fate followed him in 2006. He was involved in a car accident which saw him loosing his right arm which went amputated due to strong impact of the accident. This time around he was in std 6. Writing became a big problem, but the hard working spirit in him managed to push harder and harder.
Indeed hardwork pays, Francis passed his STD 8 Exams while using his left hand due to his condition. He nearly dropped out of school, when he was form 1. This time his mum failed to sponsor fees for him and his sister who was by then in form 2. Then, a good samaritan came to his rescue up to the time he completed his MSCE .

Upon passing MSCE exams, another well wisher came in and enrolled him to a private college where he did his certificate in accounting. Lately, Francis dreams are shut and stuck due to lack employment or any other means to proceed with school or capital for business.
Francis ever worked for MEC and NRB as temporary data entry clerk during 2019 and 2020 polls registration exercise, with the little funds he got from the exercise he managed to take care of his mum and start constructing a tradition pig house to start raising pigs for business but he did not finish the house as well as failed to purchase the piglets due to lack of fat capital.

Francis tried to apply for NEEF loans to boast the capital for his intended business but to no avail till today. “I feel much pain in me as all my dreams remains blunt, since I can not do things with both of my hands, I do farming yes! but not as a normal person can do, I am a hardworker despite my condition but a start up capital has always been a challenge to me, I wish I could go back to school, get employed or get an assistance in form of capital either grant or loan.” Francis explained.
Fransis Chirwa is a well dedicated Christian who also happens to hold alot of leadership roles in the church including leading the praise team and the youth in his church.
Avantmalawi is pleading with well wishers who may support Francis in meeting his dreams. Francis aged 26 stays in Chigwiri, TA Malili in Lilongwe.
