Avant Publications has discovered that Area 23 and surrounding areas in Lilongwe city have gone for over four days without running water.
This situation is very dangerous amid cholera outbreak in the country.
Surprisingly this is happening without any word from the water utility board.
Most residents are using unprotected water sources to sustain their leaving.
Avant Publications is therefore requesting the utility board to urgently work on this problem. For the fact that water is life.
