Sources close to the investigation surrounding Norman Chisale, say investigators are looking at various foreign properties which might be connected to the alleged multiple abuse of office. These include; two properties in Russia, three in South Africa, and a shopping mall in Zambia
The preservation order by the High Court issued to government against Norman Chisale extends to other respondents, namely Chimwemwe Paulosi,Namauye Investment,Deborah Zimatha Chisale,Esnart Guga,Flony Guga,Janet thatch Kamanga and Christina Mvula for their properties which include houses, vehicles and bank accounts.

According to the order by Judge Micheal Tembo, about K30 million which is in Chisale’s bank account at National bank and another K87 million at First Capital bank should be seized within 21 days.
