President Lazarus Chakwera’s former presidential-aid, Chris Chaima Banda implicates his former boss in court of law.
Evidence tendered in court in the on-going petroleum case has implicated a person referred to as H.E. to mean His Excellency.
H.E. is a title associated with Presidency as state presidents are addressed by the title His or Her Excellency.
This is contained in a telephone conversation between Helen Buluma, Chief executive officer for Nocma and allegedly Chris Chaima-Banda, a presidential-aid.
According to the conversation Chaima-Banda was heard advising Buluma to offer a petroleum importation deal to Enoch Chihana saying this was the advice of a person he referred to as His Excellency.
The development comes days after the Vice president’s name was mentioned in Sattar’s case in United Kingdom.
