President Dr Lazarus Chakwera will appear before Malawi Parliament to answer questions from legislators this Wednesday, May 26, 2021, the State House Press Office announces in a statement.
According to the statement signed by Presidential Press Secretary, Brian Banda, Dr Chakwera goes to Parliament in compliance with section 89(4) of the Constitution and in fulfilment to his promise to uphold the rule of law.
Further details indicate that the Malawi leader will arrive at Parliament at 2 pm. –
