The Mchinji police have successfully recovered 200 bags of cement out of the 600 stolen during a daring robbery targeting Fermak Company’s warehouse on December 21, 2023.
Police spokesperson Limbani Mpinganjira revealed that they have managed to recover 14 additional bags, bringing the total to 186. These were found at undisclosed locations, believed to be part of a larger network involved in illicit activities.
Authorities assure the public that investigations are ongoing, with no culprits apprehended so far.
