Rev. Chisamba, who previously held the position of Deputy President within the church, now steps into the role of President, succeeding Bishop Dube, who led the church for the past four years.

Meanwhile, Rev. Dr. Matilda Matabwa has retained her position as the church’s Secretary General.

Other newly elected leaders on the board include:

  • Deputy President: Rev. Dr. Jim Botomani Mbewe
  • Deputy Secretary General: Rev. Chikumbutso Msendema
  • Treasurer General: Rev. George Chiwaya
  • Deputy Treasurer General: Rev. Joyce Mwaipape

These leaders will serve alongside Rev. Chisamba as they guide the Malawi Assemblies of God in the coming years.
