Upon arrival at Lirangwe Weigh Bridge, he started overtaking an unkonwn vehicle and in the process he collided head on with an on coming truck registration number BQ 3840/BU 3502 Mercedes Tanker diven from the opposite direction by Mr. Okelo Muzaonako A. 48 V. Nchafa T/A Changata D. Thyolo C/O Otrans, Box 51240 Limbe. As a result of the of the impact the Honda Elantra Saloon swerved to far nearside where it overturned. As a result of the impact, the saloon driver was taken to Mlambe Mission Hispital where death was confirmed due to head injuries while driver of the tanker escaped with minor injuries. BT 6124 had its body extensively damaged while BQ 3840 had its front part extensively damaged. Occurred on 27/04/2021 at about 1600 hrs at Weigh Bridge
