The ngoni chief Inkosi ya makosi Maseko Gomani V from Ntcheu has urged the ngoni people under his region to continue displaying love, peace and live tolerance life to one another for peaceful country.
The call was made on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at village headman Chomveka ground in Lumbadzi Lilongwe during the visit Inkosi Gomani V paid to his people.
Speaking during the ceremony, the Ngoni chief advised to the gathering to refrain from jealous and gossiping rather, they should commit themselves into business and farming activities that may help their families to grow economically.
He also urged the ngoni people to respect other people’s culture in order for peace, love and unity to prevail in this country.
“Peace, love and unity are major keys in everything, therefore let us avoid gossiping and pull down syndrome as God can not bless us with this kind of behavior,” Inkosi Gomani said.
Gomani V also tackled on the importance of culture preservation of the ngoni culture. On this, he encouraged the ngoni people to keep on practising the core angles of the ngoni culture.
The ngoni chief further advised the ngoni people to give him the much needed support when executing his chieftain duties.
On his part, Village head man Chomveka hailed Inkosi Gomani V for his visit which is the first of it’s kind. He therefore urged the chief to continue visiting areas for Maseko Gomani ngonis.
