A Heartbreaking Goodbye: Tremour’s Final Journey

Lilongwe mourned the loss of one of its brightest stars as the Area 18 Cemetery became the venue for a somber farewell to Malawian music sensation, Victor, fondly known as Tremour. Tragedy struck when he was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident while returning from the studio one Saturday night, leaving the nation in shock and grief.

Fellow artists paid their respects with heartfelt renditions of Tremour’s songs, celebrating the legacy he left behind. As the clock struck 2:45 pm, a procession of black hearses made its way to the cemetery, accompanied by a multitude of mourners dressed in black. Along the route, background musicians sang songs in remembrance of Tremour, capturing the emotional weight of the moment.
