National Bank of Malawi PLC is a vibrant bank established in 1971 and is the giant of all commercial banks in Malawi with a profit base of 12billion to 17 billion Malawi Kwacha generated in previous years, as per records.
However, being a main bank our reporters were caught in surprise to note that its service centre at Old town in Lilongwe has a poor parking space which has a lot of potholes.
Our reporters were passing by the bank’s premises in Lilongwe, where few clients (names withheld) were discussing parking space problems right in front of the centre.
Those that have been to national bank in Area 3 Lilongwe opposite Game complex can agree that existing portholes mean dis respect and poor customer care.
“Yes, it is widely known that this bank is profit making and billions have been generated, how could they only operate inside without providing a good car park?” Questioned another client as he struggled parking his car.
A humble advice to National bank management is this. Buy from this article and consider it. Discuss with Lilongwe City Council workable ways to solve the parking problems unlike fishing billions on the discomfort of clients.
A standard car parking space is needed as soon as possible.
