Chitungwi Catholic Church in Lirangwe, Blantyre, has been closed over a music video shooting of Queen Sheba, Avant publications has established.
Queen Sheba who featured Wikise used the church hall to shoot her music vedio of the song Chiwanda which is about a lady’s weakness of scanty dressing pleading for exorcism to the cleric. In the video, the artist is seen wearing a skimpy dress and a revealing pair of trouser.
After the release of the video, the church was ordered to be closed.
Reports indicates that Quuen Sheba has since written an apology to the archbishop of Blantyre archdiocese on what has been understood to be inappropriate and disrespectful.
