Stuward Nankhumwa, a 17-year-old student who has developed a wifi device, is fearing for his life after he was attacked at his home last night.
Nankhumwa, who was expected to leave tomorrow for a scholarship at Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST), said the three attackers were armed with riffles and were putting on black face masks.
He says the three men asked him to reveal how he developed the device but he could not explain since he was traumatised.
Nankhumwa has since been left with cuts on his face and by the time we called he and his parents were on their way to report the matter to Zomba Police Station.
