Police have arrested 5 head teachers who were presiding officers in the 2019 presidential election.
This follows a directive by Dr Steve Kayuni, Director of public prosecution for the police to institute investigations on people responsible for messing up the 2019 presidential election.
James Kadadzera, spokesperson for Malawi Police Service said the five are answering charges of using tippex and altering documents
