Kawale Police on January 16,2021 engaged another gear of arresting night club owners who are not complying with the operating time limit.
The initiative started on January 11,2021 where night club owners were approached by Kawale Police officer in charge Mr Almakio Paul Daka Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP)in an attempt to inform them about the new measures that have been set by Presidential Taskforce on Covid-19 .
Whistle stop tours have been conducted on the same so as to ensure total compliance.
The exercise started during the night of January 16,2021 where by 13 bar owners have been arrested for non-compliance.
Meanwhile Police in the area are appealing to the public to adhere to the set measures.
