Mama Dr. C Tamanda Kadzamila the official hostess of the late president Kamuzu Banda has donated various items to Dedza district hospital as part of celebrating Kamuzu day.
Kadzamila was very close to Kamuzu, a man who claimed to have never married but he was residing together with the hostess.
Unlike other presidents who could say ‘First lady and i’ Kamuzu used to say ‘Mama and i’.
Kamuzu day is remembered on 14 May every year, it is also the day which the Ngwazi was born.
