Onesimus swallows back his insensitive remarks

The controversial Malawian musician, onesimus who branded himself as African Butter has apologized to his fans for making insensitive comments about broke boyfriends during the Kuche Kuche show at Golf Club on Saturday night.

Writing on his Facebook page this morning, Onesimus said he has come to his senses that the joke hurt his fans and that everyone is prone to making mistakes and that we all learn from it.

“I would like to apologise for my jokes this past weekend. I realise that my jokes hurt some of you and I am sorry about that. We all make mistakes from which we will learn from,” the statement in part reads.

He added that he should have done better knowing the difficulties at hand.

“We are all familiar with real struggle. I know that love beyond all else will carry people through any relationship,” Onesimus added.

Meanwhile, Onesimus has assured his fans that such mistake will never happen again.

On Saturday evening, Onesimus went to town on the stage before being chased out with bottles of Kuche Kuche by the angry audience for insinuating that all boyfriends who do not spoil their girlfriends ar useless.

He said: “If your boyfriend does not take you for shopping, does not have a car, does fu**** you for free, does not give you money, he is useless. “
