The Zambian citizen of Malawian origin, Dr Patience Namadingo made sour remarks on THE ZNB TALKS show in a Zambian during the interview.
In his own words, Namadingo said was quoted saying “Malawian Hip Hop is not famous like that of Zambia for the fact that the Zambian Hip-hop music is played accross Africa and other foreign countries,” end of quote.
In response to the remarks Namadingo made, a fleet of comments from Malawi counter attacked him alot. Some Malawian notable hip-hop stars disagrees with Namadingo claiming they are better off then Zambian Hip-hop.
A post on Facebook by Mikonzi, which attracted more then 20,000 viewership, had mixed reactions where other quarters claims Namadingo was just pleasing the Zambian chabe journalist.
Whereas others had a view Namadingo was right since Malawian hip-hop is centralized within the boundaries of Malawi
Meanwhile, Namadingo returns to Malawi days ago, where he is set to donate food items to Dzaleka Camp.
