Parliament is set to interview incoming Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director Martha Chizuma on May 11,2021.

Chairperson of the Parliamentary Public Appointments Committee Joyce Chitsilo has confirmed receiving official communication from the Office of the President and Cabinet regarding the appointment of Chizuma.

Chitsulo says they will come up with their decision based on her credentials and what the ACB Act says regarding the Director General.

She says the committee is already familiar with Chizuma as she appeared before it recently when she was being confirmed on her renewed contract as Ombudsman.
