Secretary to the President and Cabinet Colleen Zamba has for the second time failed to appear before the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament.
This comes as the SPC was summoned for a meeting at Parliament to discuss on the Most Recurrent Issues in the 2020 Report on Central Government Accounts.
Mark Botomani Chairperson for Parliamentary Committee on Public Accounts said they will report the matter to speaker of parliament for action on the matter.
Botomani added that Zamba did not make any communication as to the reasons for not showing up at parliament despite MPs waiting for her appearance.
