Kawale Police Officer In-Charge Mr Davie Chilalire Assistant Commissioner of Police ACP on Thursday, July 31,2025 unveiled the master plan on office construction project at a meeting organized by the Station’s Community Policing Branch.
During the meeting Mr Davie Chilalire gave a brief back ground of Kawale Police Station which he said was structured to occupy 50 police officers some decades ago and the office has gradually increased on staff numbers to 395 who use the same structures.
It is from this background that the OC moved in to find strategies in addressing the ever growing pressure in office spaces for efenciency departmental operations
He therefore presented the office plan and suggested on the best practices towards resources mobilization and management.
The sterling development committee that comprise of chiefs, business people and community policing members has been instituted for an increased sense of ownership of the project.
The committee chair person, Mr Austin Kasito welcomed the idea and made a promise to Support the initiative up to the end.
Once completed the office will not only bring new look but also ease the congestion as it is posed to accommodate more than three major branches at the station
