Kawale Police women network on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 joined the Community Policing branch in road show and whistle stop tour within Kawale.
Similar exercise started on Tuesday July 20,2021 and today it was the turn of police women to take the message to the residents of Kawale.
During the road show community members were warned that police will seriously enforce all Covid -19 rules and regulations.
All the places under the jurisdiction of Kawale Police were visited and residents were reminded of the rules and regulations set by the Covid-19 task force.
Kawale Community Policing Coordinator , Inspector Thoko Mkwezalamba was joined by Kawale operations commander Sub Inspector Gladys Kanyangalazi.
A stern warning has been made to those who will be found defying Covid-19 rules and regulations that they risk arrest .
Crime preventive tips were also shared to secure their houses by locking all doors and windows or by leaving a responsible person behind when going to various destinations.
Reporting of all suspicious activities happening in their areas ,know your neighbor, issues of mob justice and suicide tips were among the tips shared.
