Last night 18th January 2021, our reporters created a follow up to check on bars in some Districts. Where law enforcers had to struggle making sure closure time of drinking joints comply to that of government.
In Salima Avantmalawi visited Culture Club International where Malawi police had to force the owner to close the bar.
Same applies to area 49 in Lilongwe, where high profile people are among the lead team on leisure, giving power to owners of bars to open till late.
In Kasungu at Paramount, Police Officers had to close the doors of the drinking joint themselves, whilst people calling them sorts of insults.
Whatever the case, avantmalawi has discovered COVID19 is real. Therefore, its really selfish not to comply to aligned measures.
