Liverpool suffered a brutal humiliation at Anfield after being hammered 4–1 by PSV in their Champions League match on Wednesday night.
Ivan Perišić opened the scoring for PSV from the penalty spot in the 6th minute after Virgil van Dijk committed a foul in the box. Dominik Szoboszlai equalised in the 16th minute, but the visitors regained control with goals from Guus Til (56’) and a brace from Couhaib Driouech (73’, 90+2’), sealing Liverpool’s embarrassment.

The Reds continue to struggle this season, looking completely out of form—just days after their 3–0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
In other matches, Arsenal continued to punish teams that underestimate them, defeating Bayern Munich 3–1 at the Emirates Stadium. Goals from Jurriën Timber (22’), Noni Madueke (69’), and Gabriel Martinelli (77’) secured the win, despite Bayern pulling one back through Lennart Karl (32’).
Elsewhere, Spurs were beaten 5–3 by PSG, Atletico Madrid edged Inter Milan 2–1, and Olympiacos lost 4–3 to Real Madrid.
