MARANATHA ACADEMY SCORES MSCE PASSRATE WITH 97%

Management of Maranatha Private Academy says is impressed with this years Malawi School Certificate of Education results which saw the number one private school in the country producing over 600 students who have passed the exams with flying colours.

The school’s Managing Director, Dr. Enerst Kaonga told the media in Blantye that out of 627 students who sat for this year’s exams, over 600 of them have passed representing 97% pass rate.

“In 2020/2021 academic year at Maranatha we had 322 boys and 305 girls who sat for MSCE exams. Less than 20 students have failed. Our pass rate this year is at 97% with the highest scoring 10 and 11 points from boys and girls respectively”, he said.

Kaonga further said among the students who have passed the exams, over 400 of them are eligible to be selected to different public universities as they have scored their points between 10 and 25.

He therefore appealed to all parents who think their children cannot make it to college to bring them to Maranatha Private Academy and be among those who cerebrate the success of their children as the school has different approaches of dealing with every student according to his level of understanding.

Last year Maranatha Private Academy was the highest in the country with 6 points and it managed to send 175 students to different public universities in the country.
