Dowa Police Publicist Gladson M’bumpha says the manhunt follows incidents that took place on August 1 this year at the suspect’s house.
According to the Police, on the fateful day the victim and his friends were taken to a graveyard for Gulewamkulu initiation where the suspect forced him to swallow his sperms.
It was after the victim’s mother heard the matter that she reported to police before a medical test was also conducted.
