Avant publications has learnt that people queuing to be tested for covid signs at the main gate of Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre is a risk endeavour to the clients waiting to access health services at the referral health facility.
People to be given the entry into the facility are tested at the main gate. However Avant publications correspondent captured the people on the queue without observing social distance which is posing a further threat that those who are covid 19 negative might be contaminated in the process at the very door of a health facility.
The ministry of health is preaching the observation of social distance whenever people are at a gathering as a measure to contain the spread the covid 19 pandemic.
